Paladins sweeps UQTR

Article by WJO

In what has to be one of the sweetest weekends in recent RMC hockey history, the Paladins defeated Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières (UQTR) in back-to-back games at Constantine Arena (10/11 Nov) 2-1 and 4-1.

RMC has been competing against UQTR in OUA action ever since the Quebec based team along with McGill and Concordia were granted playing privileges in the Ontario University League almost 30 years ago.

The wins against the perennial power-house have been few (very few) for the RMC team over all these years. At the most two wins during all that time.

Hats off and congratulations to Coach, Richard Lim and the  entire team for an absolutely wonderful weekend of hockey.

Keep that winning attitude rollin’.
