25276 Ben Apedaile & 2 friends making a positive difference in Peru
Back in Aug we ran an article – 25276 Ben Apedaile ridin’ 22,000 Ks to help free the children
Just a short update – Ben and his two friends have made it to Peru and beyond.
Over the past few days they were heading through the Secheri Desert
Prior to the trek through the desert Ben met up with close friend, 24945 Steph Stone (Class of 2011) who has just completed three months in a dog rescue place in Peru.
On his recent post, there is a picture of him driving his motor bike into a hostel front door. They can’t leave the bikes outside. They’ve done well over 20,000km.
Ben’s blog is worth a check in. There is some great stuff they’ve been through. The photos alone helps tell the story on the positive impact that they are making on so many children.
We wish them well and a continued safe journey.
