On Friday August 30th, 11 ALOY (Aboriginal Leadership Officer Opportunity Year) Cadets received their tri-service badge from Col Heilman who presided over the parade. The parade was well-attended by both military and academic faculty members. Col Heilman extended her congratulations and well wishes to the Cadets who were very proud to have received their badges.

Dr. Paul Chaput had this to say. “The ALOY OCdts are outstanding examples of future leaders in the making.” Capt Pay, ALOY Sqn Comd, added to Dr. Chaput’s remarks by saying, “Their hard work over the last three weeks has demonstrated outstanding performance on parade.”

ALOY begins their academics alongside the rest of the students on September 3rd.
