The First Anniversary – ‘The Great Peanut Caper’ is 22 November. The author, 5472 James Colbeck, Class of ’62/No. 5472) has been a very busy man over the past 12 months. Both children and seniors find the book entertaining ; consequently it’s in its fifth printing.

A portion of the proceeds have been directed to the Stratford Public Library.

Right now, with this being that special time of the year, James is pleased to be in touch to let certain people enjoy the benefit of a discount on The Great Peanut Caper as they plan those surprises for certain young ‘uns (or older) on their Christmas list: only $12.00 per book plus $5.50 mailing anywhere in Canada.

Readers who are interested may contact James and make orders On-line. A previous article on ‘The Great Peanut Caper’ – Here

Sean Henry: Gives two thumbs up to ‘Traditions of Excellence’

“I have now finished reading Traditions of Excellence in detail. It is truly an exceptional production and I increase the volume of my kudos to all concerned. There must have been a hell of a lot of detailed work undertaken: getting the concept sorted out, and then filling it with a host of interesting and relevant details – and keeping it within reasonable boundaries (of pages). You will know I was especially happy to see plenty of ‘military’ coverage. I hope that it serves a positive purpose in the current staff check exercise.”
