I have always enjoyed browsing through the “Golden Oldies”. In most cases it is difficult to know without being told that they are even from the past, near or distant. Strong traditions of RMC have frozen our dress, hairstyle and activities over the decades. The clues of a time gone by can be decoded by the hairstyles of our dates at the Graduation Ball, the antiquated terminal and card reader and batch processing, the odd outdated pre Unification uniform and rifles from the second world war. Other than that, the black and white photos do offer somewhat of clue. Times they may be a changing but RMC remains rock solid in its historical traditions and values. I guess “If it ain’t broken…don’t fix it”. TDV
