RMC 73 Class Reunion

Dear Classmates,

It’s time to make final arrangements for our forthcoming 40-year Reunion on Sept. 27 and 28, 2013, at the Four Points Sheraton hotel in Kingston. If you plan to attend one or both of the Class social activities, please respond to this e-mail. If not, hopefully we’ll see you next time!

Hotel Rooms – We still have 12 or 13 rooms left in our 50-room block reservation. If you are coming to the Reunion, and have not already done so, please reserve your room by calling the hotel at 1-888-478-4333 by August 30, 2013, at the latest. Tell them you’re with the RMC Class of 73.

Meet and Greet – 8:00 – 12:00 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 27th, in the Old Stones room, Sheraton Hotel. Dress is casual.

Will you be attending this event? Will you be accompanied?

Please bring you cheque book, as I will know by then how much the social activities will cost you per person.

Class Business Meeting – 6:00 to 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 28th in the Gibraltar Room, Sheraton Hotel. Agenda: Class gift (5 minutes); early entry in the Old Brigade (15 minutes); other items from Classmates (10 minutes).

Buffet dinner/dance – 7 p.m. – 1 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 28th, in the Old Stones room, Sheraton Hotel. Dress is “business casual”. The format is as follows: pre-dinner drinks from 7:00 to 7:30; buffet from 7:30 to 9:00; and dance with a DJ from 9:00 to 1:00.

Will you be attending this event? Will you be accompanied?

Please advise me if you or you partner have any dietary restrictions, so I can inform the Chef.

As I have to send final numbers to the Hotel by Sept. 23rd, I need to receive your e-mail responses by September 15th, at the latest.
