 “Life at the College should be vigorous and, above all, it should be fun. The enquiring mind,the hard-hitting athlete, the lively spirit are all the hallmarks of the good life at RMC.  The cultivation of these things will always be the first concern  of the Cadets themselves, and my best wishes  will be with this year’s Cadet Wing as you enter upon the new College year.”
